Representatives from Lake of the Woods District Hospital and the LWDH Foundation attended the Clearwater Bay Market in July 2025 for the opportunity to talk with the area’s residents about the hospital’s current operations, exciting Diagnostic Imaging Centre of Excellence and the new hospital project.
In July 2025 our Lake of the Woods District Hospital and Foundation teams attended the Yacht Club for an opportunity to update members about the new hospital project, Diagnostic Imaging Centre of Excellence and new physician model of compensation.
In June 2025 teams from Lake of the Woods District Hospital, Ogimaawabiitong Kenora Chiefs Advisory, LM Architectural and Chiefs from across our region gathered at the Makate Waagamichiwanang Gakinaa’amaatiwin Youth and Family Wellness Camp to build relationships and discuss the development possibilities at the 113 acres of property at 1060 Lakeview Drive.
